Many Vermonters Fail to Claim Tax Credit
More Vermonters could receive an average tax refund in excess of $2,000, if they claimed the federal and state Earned Income Tax Credit.

State and federal tax officials have embarked again on an awareness campaign to get Vermonters to claim a tax credit that could lower their tax bill and mean a large refund check.  Click on pic on left for the story.
Snowmobilers! There are over 4000 miles of groomed & monitored trails throughout Vermont. Snowmobiling is a privilege and is permitted only through the traditional generosity of thousands of property owners. Eighty percent of Vermont's trail system is on private land.
